About the Brecknell 405 Portion Control Scale
Brecknell 405 Portion Control Scale is ideal for food prep areas, portion control stations and science classrooms. Bright blue LCD display makes for easy reading even in difficult lighting conditions, selectable lb, kg, gram, oz, lb/oz units and a tare feature. Comes standard with a switch mode AC or it can be battery power by four AA batteries (not included). ABS wipe down plastic housing and food grade stainless steel weigh plate. To be used in dry areas only.

Excellent Value Scale
Using this in my kitchen and so far its been great. Big enough to weigh a jug on and weigh mixtures but still ok to weigh smaller amounts of food like butter etc. Well built quality looking sclae, easy to clean with a dam...p cloth. More
