Before purchasing a jewellery scale or gold balance, it is important to ensure that the model is Class II Trade Approved and suitable for your intended application.

Trade Approval is location-specific. A Trade Approved scale is approved for use only at the postcode/location for which it has been verified and must not be moved to another trading location without the appropriate approval.

If you intend to use your jewellery scale at different locations, we recommend choosing a jewellery balance with an internal calibration facility. This allows the balance to be calibrated when required, making it more suitable for applications where the equipment may be used at multiple locations.
