The Systec IT3 EX2/22 Intrinsically Safe bench scale has ATEX Approval for use in Ex Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22. Designed to be intrinsically safe in hazardous environments and meet global standards in metrology and electrical safety with precision weighing.

The IT3 EX2/22 indicator has a stainless steel enclosure rated IP65, bright 13cm colour screen and a sealed membrane keyboard with numeric keys for the input of tare weights and additional information, scale keys for zero setting and taring and function keys. Input of alpha characters via multiple assignment of numeric keys. All cable connections through sealed cable glands and suitable for difficult environmental conditions. Power - 110–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz or 12–30 V DC via integrated power supply unit, or 12–30 V DC for power supply via external battery. Optional DC and panel mount versions available as below. All Linked to WB Powder coated mild steel bases with stainless top plate and heavy duty 'X' shaped construction with Atex load cells.

Column mounted on short side: 370mm high circular column on BX models, 650mm high circular column on larges sizes.
