About the VWAP Vehicle Axle Pads

VWAP Axle weighpads provide the perfect solution to all axle weighing applications for quick and accurate weight checks on vehicles ranging from cars to lorries. Choose from a range of different size and capacity weighpads, linked to the Dini 3590ETKR Touchscreen weighing indicator with printer and carry case. Individual axle weights can be captured statically or dynamically and can be viewed and printed. The VWAP pads are robust, ultra low profile at only 18mm high, constructed from high-strength aluminium alloy making them light weight making them a reliable, easy to use and highly portable weighing solution for all types of industry. Its detachable 10 meter cables enhance portability, and it is sealed to protect against dirt and water ingress. 

Simply placed the pads on a sturdy ,smooth surface, connect pads to the indicator via the detachable cables, drive your vehicle onto the pads to get an accurate weights of individual tyres, axles, static or dynamic weighing. You can then print the results from the indicators built in printer for verification to organisation including VOSA, DVSA and HMCG. Optional ramps are available for the 2 and 5 tonne range and fitted as standard on the 10 and 20 tonne pads.

Important Note: Axle weigh pads provide a percentage accuracy which can vary depending on the ground surface, type of vehicle and environmental conditions. Axle pads are not Class III approved and are not suitable for applications where approved high accuracy is required. Please ensure your application is suited for axle pads, if you require a greater level of weighing accuracy and repeatability we would be pleased to quote you for alternative options.
