The BTT is a step up from a counting scale to a stock taking scale. Combined with a Barcode Scanner and placed on a trolley, the system can be wheeled around your stores collecting and storing stock data.

The BTT software is capable of accepting multiple inputs from the Barcode Reader, so the operator could scan the part number, the bin number and the location code. Once they have weighed a sample of, for example, 5 pcs, the entire container is placed on the scale and the total quantity calculated by the BTT. This is can be printed on a label, and stored in the memory of the scale. The information can be downloaded in a spreadsheet format onto a USB drive.

If you wish to compare your physical stock with the levels stated on your inventory system, this information can be uploaded to the BTT. The display shows are running total, so that the operator can see any variances live, as opposed to having to redo the count at the end of the day.

Adam Label Editor software is easy to use, flexible, and is capable of outputting information as text, Barcodes and 2D barcodes. Making label customization easy and quick. The BTT is also capable of storing multiple label formats for all your specific needs during stocktaking.
