Systec IT6000E Count & Weigh System
The Systec IT6000E Count & Weigh System is a user friendly and economical parts counting and weighing system for Goods In, Stock, Production and Dispatch Areas. Indicator compact stainless steel IP65 housing. The system uses two weigh platforms, sampling and bulk. Information of small parts weighed on the sampling platform can be sent to the bulk platform for counting those parts in stillages, pallets, tote bins etc. System includes dust cover; Counting programme; USB socket. Prefered Sampling platform and bulk platforms can be selected below. System can be Trade Approved to 3000 divisions (see chart below).

Systec IT6000E Count & Weigh System essential features:
Sampling platform - Choice of IP67 rated single cell mild steel weigh platforms with stainless weigh plate. Platforms supplied with column which can be fitted on the short side of the platform. A top fixing bracket for a display terminal is available as an option.
Bulk Platform - Choice of IP67 rated heavy duty four load cell powder coated mild steel platforms.
- Can be Trade approved for counting and check weighing of parts and counting to a predetermined quantity.
- Operator prompting with clearly structured menus on colour screen ensures fast and error-free operation.
- Scales of any type may be connected to the terminal, eg floor, bench or precision scales.
- Parts count is calculated based on pre-set reference weights or by placing reference parts on the weigh platform.
- Parts can be counted by adding parts into an empty container or by removing parts from a filled container.
- The bar-graph display with changing colours shows the approximation to a chosen target value.
- High resolution and fast signal processing of the IT6000E BASIC/COUNT enables a rapid and precise parts counting operation.
- Several taring options are available, eg for the manual or automatic capturing of pallet / container tare or taring of intermediate layers.
- Apart from count and weight all other application-relevant data can be captured via keyboard entry or scanner.
- Data recording can be on label or protocol printers. Print format is configurable.
- Optionally, all data can also be transferred to a host computer.
